We are seeking a Performance Marketer experienced in the Saas industry to help us build our brand, attract the right audience, and generate revenue through strategic campaigns and media visibility.
We are a restaurant niche, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software designed to provide effective, all-around business management solutions to restaurants, clubs, and Bakeries cafes. Our goal is to empower businesses in the food and hospitality industry to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
• Advertising & Campaign Management: Develop and execute paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Build, test, and optimize funnels for various campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility. Research and identify high-performing keywords to target and optimize our content accordingly.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Create compelling ad creatives and deliver the right messaging to engage and convert target audiences. Design and execute strategies to grow our social media presence and build brand awareness.
• Email Marketing: Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and revenue generation.
• Collaboration & Content Creation: Work closely with designers and video editors to create high-quality visual and video content for campaigns. Create effective and persuasive ad copy, blogs, and campaign messaging to drive results. Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand voice and target audience.
Requirements
● Experience: 2–5+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.
● Copywriting Expertise: Strong ability to write compelling ad copy, blog posts, and campaign messaging.
● Proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other platforms.
● SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques for content optimization.
● Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze campaign data, create reports, and use insights to optimize for better performance.
● Funnel Building: Experience building and optimizing sales funnels for different campaigns.
● Social Media Management: Ability to develop strategies that grow our online presence and engage audiences effectively.
● Email Marketing: Proficiency in using tools like Mailchimp,or similar platforms to run successful campaigns.
● Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, etc.)
